Associate Solutions Architect

Location: This is a hybrid role with a strong emphasis on in-office collaboration, ideally 4 to 5 days per week, in Sydney, Australia. Preferential consideration will be given to candidates based locally to the country’s office. This position is not eligible for visa assistance/sponsorship or relocation assistance.

What you will do

• Support discovery conversations and technical qualification of new opportunities.
• Assist in technical workshops, evaluations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Craft proposals, effort estimates, and Statements of Work (SOW).
• Ensure the solution delivered matches the vision promised during the sale.
• Contribute to long-term roadmap discussions and evolving customer architecture.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Math, or a related technical field (or 1-2 years of relevant experience).
• Proficiency in SQL, script development, and software configuration.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles, CI/CD, and the ability to handle small integration projects.
• Understanding of Operating Systems (CLI), Active Directory/IDP (Okta, etc.), and SSO/SAML.
• Ability to visualize complex ideas for any audience and build rapport.
• Act with urgency, thrive on deadlines, and improvise when situations get tricky.
