What you will do
- Provide positive customer engagement by delivering a high level of support and timely response to customer inquiries.
- Resolve customers IT issues and addressing a wide range of issues with hosted servers as well as client’s networks, servers and PCs.
- Support business-critical areas of Aktion’s data center customer deliverables, ranging from basic user computing questions to advanced virtualization and storage.
- Tracking and resolving every customer request.
- Proven ability to solve IT issues.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of IT Help desk support, MSP, or general IT experience desired.
- 0-2 years of experience with Bachelors or Associates degree or equivalent industry experience and certification.
- Understanding of network and endpoint topology.
- Customer service oriented and the ability to problem solve are competencies required for this role.
- Desired knowledge of/skilled in: Microsoft Desktop and Server, Active Directory, Virtualization Basics, and Security Practices.
