What you will do
- Manage and optimize calendars for three C-level executives, scheduling internal and external meetings and prioritizing conflicts.
- Handle all aspects of travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and international needs.
- Coordinate communication, logistics, and ongoing relationship touchpoints with partners, especially for the CMO.
- Provide personal support to executives, assisting with vacations, orders, accounts, deliveries, and evening meetings.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant supporting senior leadership.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage complex calendars and shifting priorities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and trustworthiness.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in productivity tools like G-Suite, Slack, Notion, Jira, or Asana.
