What you will do
- Act as a trusted right hand to the CEO, managing a complex and ever-changing calendar across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including executive leadership sessions, board meetings, and investor interactions.
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and follow-ups to ensure meetings are impactful.
- Manage end-to-end travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, itineraries, visas as needed).
- Serve as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, handling communications with professionalism and discretion.
- Track key action items and priorities, following up to ensure timely execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience (+3 years) as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting a senior executive.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities calmly and effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and the ability to build trust at all levels.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable anticipating needs before they arise.
- Tech-savvy and confident using productivity tools (AI tools, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, etc.).
