What you will do

• Lead and manage multi-skilled teams of backend, frontend, and firmware engineers.
• Set team and individual objectives, providing performance feedback and development.
• Provide technical guidance, ensuring adherence to best practices and company standards.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and other Engineering Managers to align efforts with business goals.
• Focus on the professional and personal growth of your team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an engineering manager or similar leadership role.
• First-hand experience as a software engineer.
• Experience building and hiring new team members.
• Excellent communication (written and spoken in English) and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise with industry best principles, practices, and standards such as SOLID, TDD, design patterns, and refactoring.
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with senior management and product teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in products combining both hardware and software.
• Experience in growing Scale-ups.
• Experience in B2B enterprise products.
