Location: Onsite in Barcelona, Spain

Salary: €35,000 - €45,000 OTE (70/30 split fixed/variable) annually

What you will do

• Lead coordination of product demos, gathering client requirements, and tailoring pre-configurations.
• Design and present the full customer lifecycle from sales kick-off to product adoption.
• Own strategic planning and execution of the onboarding roadmap to meet customer goals.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks or delays in the onboarding process.
• Oversee customer training strategy and facilitate sessions for system adoption.
• Monitor and report on onboarding project success using key metrics to senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer-facing roles, driving customer retention and success.
• At least 2 years of project management experience, ideally in a SaaS or HR software environment.
• Fluency in English required; other languages are a plus.
• Passion for technology with hands-on experience in a SaaS environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment with an ownership mentality.

Nice to have

• PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or similar project management certifications.
• Previous roles in Sales or Customer Satisfaction.
