What you will do

• Identify, negotiate, hire, and manage relationships with global Content Creators.
• Build and maintain a database to scale the global Content Creators network.
• Participate in creative briefs and assign Content Creators to projects.
• Coordinate creative asset execution, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Manage production tasks, including contracts, licensing, and billing processes.
• Measure project performance to identify improvements and report on campaign results.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of project management experience in a creative or digital marketing agency.
• Knowledge of the social media landscape and digital environment.
• Proven record of coordinating successful projects and campaigns from brief to delivery.
• Understanding of managing relationships with influencers and creative profiles.
• Fluent proficiency in oral and written English (C1 equivalent).
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Madrid, Spain.

Nice to have

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Additional proficiency in Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, or Italian.
