What you will do
- Convert existing HR documents into uniform, AI-readable formats for chatbot integration.
- Support the development of a standardized target format for all HR knowledge sources.
- Review HR processes to identify and implement potential for AI-driven automation.
- Create decision trees and process flowcharts to visualize automated workflows.
- Document HR knowledge to serve as a high-quality source for AI tools.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student with at least two years of study completed (ideally in HR or Business).
- Strong interest in AI tools and practical experience using them to simplify work tasks.
- Analytical mindset with an Abitur grade of 2.0 or better (specifically in Mathematics).
- Diligent, detail-oriented working style with reliable follow-up skills.
- English: Fluent (written and spoken) required.
- Location: Must be based in Karlsruhe for the hybrid working model.
