What you will do
- Coordinate and coach Fraud Analysts to consistently meet SLA and corporate fraud mitigation objectives.
- Manage monthly team schedules and provide rotating on-call support for off-hour fraud management services.
- Act as backup for Fraud Operations at the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and assist with post-change validation checks.
- Collaborate with management to enhance daily processes, tools, and documentation using the MUSIC methodology.
- Oversee fraud mailbox monitoring to ensure timely handling of inquiries and support anti-phishing initiatives.
- Detect emerging fraud trends, identify vulnerabilities, and contribute to fraud rule adjustments and countermeasure acceleration.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in guiding, coaching, and supporting team members in a 24x7 fraud operations environment.
- Skilled in organizing daily tasks, managing team schedules, and allocating resources effectively.
- Solid understanding of fraud types and detection techniques, with the ability to recognize fraud trends.
- Capable of making sound, timely decisions within established guidelines and resolving operational issues.
- Strong communication skills for coordination within the team and across departments.
- Competent in using Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with fraud detection tools is an asset.
