What you will do

• Coordinate and coach Fraud Analysts to consistently meet SLA and corporate fraud mitigation objectives.
• Manage monthly team schedules and provide rotating on-call support for off-hour fraud management services.
• Act as backup for Fraud Operations at the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and assist with post-change validation checks.
• Collaborate with management to enhance daily processes, tools, and documentation using the MUSIC methodology.
• Oversee fraud mailbox monitoring to ensure timely handling of inquiries and support anti-phishing initiatives.
• Detect emerging fraud trends, identify vulnerabilities, and contribute to fraud rule adjustments and countermeasure acceleration.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in guiding, coaching, and supporting team members in a 24x7 fraud operations environment.
• Skilled in organizing daily tasks, managing team schedules, and allocating resources effectively.
• Solid understanding of fraud types and detection techniques, with the ability to recognize fraud trends.
• Capable of making sound, timely decisions within established guidelines and resolving operational issues.
• Strong communication skills for coordination within the team and across departments.
• Competent in using Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with fraud detection tools is an asset.
