• Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for hirify.global’s Next-Generation SIEM.
• Align and inspire global, cross-functional teams around key strategic initiatives.

• Transform market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback into a prioritized, actionable backlog.
• Execute efficient, transparent, and data-backed decisions to accelerate product momentum.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive product management leadership experience specifically focused on SIEM, Log Management, or SOC platform solutions within high-growth B2B SaaS or cloud environments.
• Deep technical expertise in cybersecurity operations, advanced threat detection methodologies, and managed services delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and align high-performing cross-functional teams.
• Superior communication skills to articulate product objectives and value proposition to stakeholders.
• A "Never Done" mindset characterized by insatiable curiosity and commitment to progress.
• A disciplined, rigorous, and data-driven approach to evaluating product performance and prioritizing investments.
