What you will do
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for client awareness, engagement, and acquisition.
- Use customer insights to create personalized digital experiences for increased consideration, usage, loyalty, and advocacy.
- Serve as the digital point of contact for strategic business units and support go-to-market initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy digital marketing experiences.
- Leverage CMS platform and MarTech stack knowledge to build user-centric and business-goal-aligned experiences.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, including A/B and multivariate testing, for continuous optimization.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, or digital product management.
- Understanding of digital ecosystems, including websites, CMS platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and ability to collaborate with design teams.
- Experience with analytics, MarTech platforms, and site optimization/personalization tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Target).
- Skilled in translating customer insights into actionable strategies with a strong analytical mindset.
- Proven ability to identify emerging digital trends and apply them to enhance engagement across global markets.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder influence, and cross-functional project leadership skills in agile environments.
