What you will do
- Lead a growing engineering team of more than 20 engineers with a hands-on leadership approach.
- Own the technical roadmap and delivery of existing and new products.
- Drive strategic technical decisions and cross-domain initiatives with product and cross-functional teams.
- Guide technical transitions and improvements across large-scale distributed systems.
- Improve team velocity, effectiveness, and product impact through actionable solutions.
- Mentor engineers and develop high-performing teams while balancing hands-on engineering with strategic thinking.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering leadership or management experience.
- Strong leadership, team development, hiring, retention, and mentoring skills.
- Experience building scalable, resilient, full-stack systems in diverse environments.
- Strong technical expertise in large-scale distributed systems or complex technical transitions.
- Ability to make strategic decisions, collaborate across domains, and deliver at speed without compromising quality.
- CV must be submitted in English.
