SAP Functional Analyst (CRM)

Location: Onsite in Mason, OH, US. Must be based in the US.

What you will do

• Participate in gathering requirements and lead solution design for the CRM area.
• Collaborate with the business on current processes and propose enhancement solutions.
• Identify, recommend, and implement complex configuration solutions for SAP CRM.
• Set testing strategy for modules and lead end-to-end integration testing.
• Troubleshoot and lead the evaluation and design of corrections for complex incidents.
• Maintain a high level of functional competency regarding SAP CRM configuration and best practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP CRM, including configuring and customizing in CRM Service.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Ibase, SAP CRM Contracts, Service Orders, and SAP CRM Middleware.
• Minimum 1 full lifecycle implementation in SAP CRM.
• Experience with SAP CRM 7.0 best practices in CIC, Sales, Service, and Functional Configuration in various CRM areas.
• Experience with CRM – ECC integration for various data types.
• Experience with understanding of ABAP code and debugging skills.
• Experience communicating technical and business issues/solutions to all levels of management.

Nice to have

• Experience with S/4HANA and SAP FSM.
• Experience in SolMan - ChaRM.
• Experience in complex SAP environments, supporting multiple SAP components.
• Experience working on customer FIORI and customer Mobile applications.
