Anti-Fraud Support Agent (Fraud Prevention): Monitor, investigate, and resolve anti-fraud incidents on a daily basis with an accent on data analysis and identifying fraud patterns. Focus on improving anti-fraud monitoring rules and systems.

Location: Must be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil

What you will do

  • Monitor, investigate, and resolve anti-fraud incidents on a daily basis.
  • Analyze anti-fraud cases and improve monitoring rules and systems.
  • Provide customer experience to users and partners.
  • Assist in establishing a system for identifying and managing anti-fraud risks.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in fraud prevention, risk management, trust & safety, or customer support (SaaS/PLG/Enterprise is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify fraud patterns.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • High integrity and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex issues.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with fraud detection tools such as Stripe Radar, Sift, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to self-serve data by writing SQL queries, and experience working with data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with KYC/AML fundamentals and regional regulatory requirements (LATAM/Brazil).
  • Knowledge of chargeback management and dispute resolution processes.
  • Understanding of digital payment systems and financial fraud schemes.
  • Prior experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or financial risk assessment.
