What you will do
- Monitor, investigate, and resolve anti-fraud incidents on a daily basis.
- Analyze anti-fraud cases and improve monitoring rules and systems.
- Provide customer experience to users and partners.
- Assist in establishing a system for identifying and managing anti-fraud risks.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in fraud prevention, risk management, trust & safety, or customer support (SaaS/PLG/Enterprise is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify fraud patterns.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- High integrity and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex issues.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Nice to have
- Experience working with fraud detection tools such as Stripe Radar, Sift, or similar platforms.
- Ability to self-serve data by writing SQL queries, and experience working with data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with KYC/AML fundamentals and regional regulatory requirements (LATAM/Brazil).
- Knowledge of chargeback management and dispute resolution processes.
- Understanding of digital payment systems and financial fraud schemes.
- Prior experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or financial risk assessment.
