What you will do

• Provide internal IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage internal company IT systems, focusing on device management across all operating systems and onboarding processes.
• Administer internal company network structure and WAN connections.
• Configure hardware, employee accounts, operating systems, and applications considering access rights.
• Conduct independent analyses and optimize IT processes and systems.
• Focus on security to safeguard the company's cloud-only strategy.

Requirements

• Completed IT-related training (e.g., IT specialist, system integration) or comparable qualification.
• Mandatory initial practical experience (up to 3 years of professional experience).
• Entry-level experience in IT support or a similar technical support environment.
• Expertise in Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365, plus knowledge of network management (IP, WLAN).
• Independent, structured, and problem-solving work style with strong analytical understanding.
• English: Very good knowledge required (B2).
