Location: Elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa (at least 2-3 days per week from the office)

Salary: 135 - 165 PLN/hour on B2B

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ELT pipelines.
• Develop and optimize PL/SQL queries and Oracle database objects for high-performance data storage.
• Write Python-based data engineering scripts for data processing and transformation.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines supporting data infrastructure and workflow automation.
• Monitor, debug, and optimize data workflows and overall infrastructure performance.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with best practices.

Requirements

• Strong Python and PL/SQL skills.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools.
• Proficiency in designing OLAP systems, including STAR schema modelling and denormalization techniques.
• Experience with batch and streaming processing, including Kafka.
• Knowledge of database management across Oracle, MS SQL, and Snowflake.
• Practical understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD practices (Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform; Jenkins, Bamboo, Azure DevOps).
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
