TL;DR

Experienced Project Manager: Supporting a cross-platform estate review of Close of Business (COB) executions and downstream batch flows with an accent on planning, tracking, and remediation activities. Focus on executive-level reporting, managing overall scope, and ensuring structured documentation and reporting.

Location: Elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Salary: 900-1200 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Scope the project, clearly define deliverables, and ensure execution within agreed timelines.
• Build and manage the review and remediation plan.
• Maintain a tracking dashboard covering project progress, next steps, and project metrics.
• Provide executive reporting and structured documentation.
• Maintain clear and structured communication with stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Manage escalations and coordinate interactive planning and delivery.

Requirements

• Enterprise-level project management experience.
• Management and project experience.
• IPMA Project Management certification or equivalent.
• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification or equivalent.
• Strong planning and organizing skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
