What you will do

• Lead global structural initiatives to improve cost, service, and sustainability in air and ocean transport.
• Present results, action plans, and strategies to senior management.
• Enhance global cost controls through centralized and standardized governance and data-driven performance management.
• Design new air and ocean transport routes, strengthen global resilience, and secure long-term capacity.
• Build new transport capabilities (e.g., DTC, Intermodal) and lead CO₂‑reduction initiatives.
• Identify, design, and implement digitalization projects, partnering with IT and the Transport Community of Practice.

Requirements

• 5–8 years’ experience in Air & Ocean freight, preferably within a multinational or global forwarder.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics (advanced degree a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage priorities independently.
• Fluency in English is required (additional languages a plus).
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Deep knowledge of transport, supply chain, and logistics best practices.
