Freedom24 is an investment platform of the international financial group Freedom Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: FRHC).

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will work with large datasets, support marketing decision-making through analytics, and help the team better understand user behavior, campaign performance, and growth drivers.

🔍 What you’ll do:
✨ Analyze marketing data to evaluate campaign performance, funnels, cohorts, and customer behavior
✨Build and maintain dashboards and reports for marketing and business stakeholders
✨Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and analyze data from multiple sources
✨Work with BI tools to visualize insights and communicate results clearly
✨Participate in improving data quality, metrics definitions, and analytical processes
✨Support ad-hoc analytical requests from the marketing team

📌 What we expect:
✔️2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role
✔️Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL (complex queries, joins, subqueries, optimization)
✔️Experience working with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
✔️Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into actionable insights
✔️Experience working with marketing data (digital campaigns, funnels, performance metrics)
✔️Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
