What you will do
- Enhance and translate client requirements into detailed specifications.
- Create comprehensive specifications with end-to-end flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Align product teams to ensure coherent user experience and client requirement adherence.
- Manage review and approval of requirements and specifications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze requirement changes and support project scope control.
- Promote best practices and improve existing workflows within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
- English: C1+ (Full professional fluency) required.
- 2-4 years of experience as an IT business analyst, preferably in the iGaming industry.
- Knowledge of business analysis theoretical and practical aspects within an IT organization.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Jira/Confluence, and MS Visio.
- Strong documentation, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Nice to have
- UML experience.
- Proficiency in technical writing.
