TL;DR

Business Analyst (iGaming): Enhancing and translating client requirements into actionable specifications for iGaming software, ensuring alignment across product teams and seamless user experiences. Focus on detailing end-to-end flows, managing stakeholder reviews, and supporting scope control within a fast-evolving industry.

Location: Onsite in Bucharest, with a hybrid work schedule (up to 50 remote days per year) available after three months of employment.

What you will do

  • Enhance and translate client requirements into detailed specifications.
  • Create comprehensive specifications with end-to-end flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Align product teams to ensure coherent user experience and client requirement adherence.
  • Manage review and approval of requirements and specifications with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze requirement changes and support project scope control.
  • Promote best practices and improve existing workflows within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • English: C1+ (Full professional fluency) required.
  • 2-4 years of experience as an IT business analyst, preferably in the iGaming industry.
  • Knowledge of business analysis theoretical and practical aspects within an IT organization.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Jira/Confluence, and MS Visio.
  • Strong documentation, communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Nice to have

  • UML experience.
  • Proficiency in technical writing.
