What you will do

• Design and build high-throughput pipelines for AI orchestration, processing millions of signals and enabling real-time decisions.
• Build and scale infrastructure for email deliverability, inbox management, and complex AI coordination.
• Own the entire system lifecycle from design to deployment and monitoring.
• Rapidly iterate and ship features within a flat engineering organization.

Requirements

• 6+ years of backend experience, ideally in a high-growth startup environment where you owned systems from ideation to production.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, database performance, and API design.
• Experience building data-intensive services at scale.
• Proficiency with cloud-native infrastructure, including containers, orchestration, CI/CD, and observability.
• Strong ownership mindset with a focus on reliability and pragmatic execution.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js or similar languages like Python or Go.
