What you will do

• Define project scope and create detailed work plans in collaboration with Product and development teams.
• Manage multiple cross-functional teams and ensure on-time project delivery.
• Measure project performance and identify/correct bottlenecks in business value delivery.
• Document cross-functional processes in Confluence.
• Support team morale and foster high trust relations.

Requirements

• English: B2 or C1 level required.
• 3+ years of Project Management experience in IT product companies.
• Ability to efficiently manage several cross-functional teams (7+ persons).
• Experience across all project phases (from idea to release), adapting methodologies as needed.
• Strong organizational skills, communication, and results-oriented thinking.
• Must be able to relocate to Limassol, Cyprus and obtain necessary visas/work permits.

Nice to have

• Experience with payments processing and billing systems.
• Technical background (e.g., software developer).
• Experience in resource management and mentoring.
