System Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Collaborate with business and development teams to gather and clarify software requirements.
• Analyze current systems and processes, identify improvements, and develop new functionalities from scratch.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation for new features.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams for clear communication and alignment.
• Ensure timely communication with all stakeholders regarding requirements, questions, and issues.
• Monitor emerging technologies and methodologies in systems analysis and data integration.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in system analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation within a software development environment.
• Understanding of system architecture and integration concepts.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze business processes and systems, propose solutions, and detail requirements.
• Excellent documentation skills are a must.
• Knowledge of at least some of the following modeling notations: UML, BPMN, ArchiMate, C4.
• Familiarity with RDBMSs, message brokers, REST APIs, HTTP, AWS, Swagger, AsyncAPI, DDD.
• Proven track record of working effectively within cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• First principles thinking.
• Familiarity with TSDBs.
• Knowledge of TOGAF, Zachman Frameworks.
• Exposure to fintech, financial data platforms, or charting solutions.
• Experience in data integration environments.
