hirify.global is looking for a Systems Analyst to own payment provider integrations.

What you will do

• Analyze and map payment provider APIs and endpoints.
• Design end-to-end payment flows and integration blueprints.
• Translate business and customer needs into clear technical requirements.
• Own PRDs, backlog definitions, and validation with engineering teams.
• Lead testing and operational readiness before launch.

Requirements

• Proven experience in system analysis or technical product roles within payments, fintech, or financial services.
• Hands-on experience working with REST APIs, Swagger/OpenAPI, tools like Postman or Insomnia, and comfortable with JSON/XML, system diagrams, and sequence flows.
• Strong understanding of payment flows, webhooks, callbacks, and real-time notifications.
• Experience documenting requirements and managing backlogs using Jira & Confluence.
• Strong communication skills to work with internal teams and external providers.
• English: B2+ required.
