What you will do

• Advise business units on IT usage and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Refine requirement documentation and conduct system and gap analyses.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers, architects, and testers to ensure solution quality.
• Investigate and help resolve defects, escalating issues when necessary.
• Contribute to solution documentation and manage change requests.
• Evaluate stability and priority of requirements, proposing feasible alternatives when needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Analyst, Business Analyst, or IT Project Manager.
• Strong experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
• Solid understanding of the solution development lifecycle, including Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to perform gap and impact analyses on IT systems.
• Familiarity with documentation and agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken) with strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Working knowledge of test design and concept development.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles and IT security standards.
