TL;DR

Category Manager (Fintech): Taking full ownership of hirify.global’s non-gaming categories, including E-Money Lifestyle top-ups and Mobile recharge top-ups with an accent on inventing and delivering new ways to grow category sales. Focus on translating market insights and experiment results into plans, leading cross-functional execution, and launching scalable GTM and product changes that materially move the needle.

Location: Work location of your choice: office, remote, opportunity to work and travel.

Salary: €42,000 - €49,200 a year

What you will do

  • Full commercial ownership (P&L mindset) of assigned non-gaming categories.
  • Define and execute the growth roadmap: discovery, hypothesis, testing, and scale.
  • Ensure daily category health: assortment, pricing, promotions, supply relationships, and short-term tactical fixes.
  • Run complex cross-department projects, from product changes to large marketing or payments integrations.
  • Turn ambiguity into repeatable flows and lightweight processes to accelerate delivery.
  • Measure success with clear KPIs and communicating progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven delivery of complex initiatives requiring coordination across teams and delivering measurable business impact.
  • Experience in an agile, fast-moving company, preferably digital, fintech, payments, or marketplaces.
  • Hungry and results-driven, willing to put in extra effort to deliver and grow.
  • Strong commercial and numerical literacy.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Product and experimentation mindset: formulate clear hypotheses, run tests, interpret results, iterate and scale.
  • Comfort with ambiguity.
  • Bias for execution and urgency.

Nice to have

  • Experience with digital prepaid, wallets, or marketplace commerce.
