TL;DR

Category Manager (Ecommerce): Managing and growing non-gaming categories including E-Money and Mobile recharge top-ups with an accent on commercial growth, pricing optimization, and supplier management. Focus on delivering 3x category sales growth through strategic GTM initiatives and data-driven product changes.

Location: Work location of your choice: office (Kaunas) or remote

Salary: €42,000 - €60,000 a year

What you will do

  • Own performance for non-gaming categories, including top-up cards, e-money prepaid, and software.
  • Design and optimize fee and margin structures in collaboration with finance and tech teams.
  • Analyze category data (conversion, GMV, margin) to identify trends and implement actionable improvements.
  • Manage the supplier and partner portfolio, handling onboarding and renegotiating terms.
  • Lead cross-functional projects for fee structure rollouts, product integrations, and page improvements.
  • Define KPIs and build reporting frameworks to track category health.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in category management, product management, or operations within e-commerce or digital goods.
  • Strong analytical background with the ability to build data models and interpret dashboards.
  • Experience in designing or optimizing pricing and fee structures (significant advantage).
  • Structured project management approach for driving multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Business-level English proficiency and clear written communication skills are essential.
