What you will do
- Own performance for non-gaming categories, including top-up cards, e-money prepaid, and software.
- Design and optimize fee and margin structures in collaboration with finance and tech teams.
- Analyze category data (conversion, GMV, margin) to identify trends and implement actionable improvements.
- Manage the supplier and partner portfolio, handling onboarding and renegotiating terms.
- Lead cross-functional projects for fee structure rollouts, product integrations, and page improvements.
- Define KPIs and build reporting frameworks to track category health.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in category management, product management, or operations within e-commerce or digital goods.
- Strong analytical background with the ability to build data models and interpret dashboards.
- Experience in designing or optimizing pricing and fee structures (significant advantage).
- Structured project management approach for driving multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Business-level English proficiency and clear written communication skills are essential.
