What you will do

• Lead the implementation of an AI-first approach in UX/UI design.
• Transform the existing UX/UI workflow into a modern, AI-augmented model.
• Build internal AI capabilities and scalable design frameworks.
• Act as a subject matter expert and change leader in AI-driven UX/UI.
• Design and implement AI-supported UX/UI workflows.
• Accelerate mockup and prototype creation using AI tools.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in UX/UI design for web applications.
• Proven hands-on experience using AI tools within design processes.
• Strong understanding of modern UX/UI methodologies.
• Experience in building or optimizing design workflows.
• Experience in mentoring, coaching, or conducting workshops.
• Ability to bridge design, technology, and business perspectives.

Nice to have

• Experience working in AI-augmented product teams.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering in the context of design.
• Experience collaborating closely with frontend development teams.
