What you will do

• Own delivery accountability for a portfolio of GenAI programs spanning pilots, scaled deployments, and enterprise rollouts.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Program Managers handling complex, multi-stakeholder GenAI initiatives.
• Oversee steady-state delivery and operational health of GenAI platforms, including availability, performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Set up and scale GenAI support desks (L2/L3), including processes, tooling, staffing, and escalation paths.
• Act as the senior delivery interface for internal stakeholders across GenAI, Business, Engineering, Security, and Infrastructure teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery velocity, quality, and cost efficiency across programs and platforms.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in technology delivery, program management, or large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Proven experience leading multiple Program Managers across complex, concurrent programs.
• Hands-on experience delivering and operating AI/GenAI platforms, data platforms, or cloud-native enterprise solutions.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, hybrid delivery models, and platform operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working with GenAI/LLMs, AI platforms, MLOps, or data-intensive systems.
• Exposure to regulated or high-compliance environments (life sciences, BFSI, healthcare, etc.).
• Experience setting up global or distributed delivery and support teams.
