What you will do

• Manage a team of 3-4 software engineers.
• Facilitate planning, execution, and delivery of team work.
• Balance hands-on engineering with managerial responsibilities.
• Collaborate with other leads to prioritize work for maximum impact.
• Design, build, and fix features for internal tools and platforms.
• Continuously deliver value to internal customers.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience building software professionally.
• 1-2 years managing software engineers.
• Experience with a modern programming language (Python, Go, Rust, etc.).
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong commitment to coaching and developing teammates.
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and passionate about usable software.
• Must be based in Gurugram, India.

Nice to have

• Experience building full-stack applications.
• Knowledge of Next.js, FastAPI, or React.
