Salary: $186,065–$218,900 USD

What you will do

• Develop features, products, and systems to drive user growth from initial interaction to full journey.
• Rapidly launch, iterate, and optimize new and existing features and products.
• Build resilient and scalable systems for growth, touching web, mobile, backend, data, and ML.
• Design scalable systems with modern cloud technology and industry best practices.
• Work with cross-functional teams to turn product and technical vision into a tangible roadmap.
• Write high quality, well tested code to meet customer needs.

Requirements

• Impact-driven and motivated by delivering outcomes, with a full-stack mindset and data-driven approach.

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Experience designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services and service-oriented architectures.
• Passion for building an open financial system.

Nice to have

• Experience launching new products from 0 to 1.
• Experience with growth experiments or A/B testing frameworks.
• Experience with Blockchain technology (such as Bitcoin, Ethereum etc.).
• Worked with Golang, Ruby, Docker, Rails, Postgres, MongoDB or DynamoDB.
• Built fintech, highly reliable and/or secure systems.
• Crypto-forward experience, including familiarity with onchain activity such as interacting with Ethereum addresses, using ENS, and engaging with dApps or blockchain-based services.
