What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain mission-critical issuance systems that support tokenized assets across multiple blockchains.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and technical requirements.
• Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of issuance services through best practices.
• Optimize existing issuance infrastructure to enhance performance and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical decision-making processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of delivering complex technical solutions.
• Proven experience working in the crypto / blockchain industry, with a solid understanding of key concepts.
• Strong expertise in building scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with modern web technologies and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
• Track record of writing clean, maintainable code with comprehensive test coverage.
• Strong understanding of security best practices and experience building secure systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to break down complex requirements.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Experience with workflow engines and state management systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and KYC/AML processes.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve how you work.
