What you will do
- Conduct proactive analysis to identify actionable insights, including diving into core product funnels and user cohorts.
- Define KPIs for the company and build automated dashboards, reports, and models for data-driven decision-making.
- Design, orchestrate, and analyze results of multivariate product experiments to drive growth and improve features.
- Collaborate with data, product, marketing, and engineering stakeholders to define business problems and create execution plans.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, or other quantitative fields.
- 3-4 years of experience in quantitative analysis, preferably in the tech industry, with a proven track record of impacting business or product decisions.
- Pro-level ability to synthesize and communicate complex concepts and analyses to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with online lifecycle marketing concepts, including email, push notifications, and attribution strategies.
- Past experience in A/B testing and strong foundational knowledge of core inferential statistics concepts.
- Fluency in SQL and experience pulling highly dimensional, complex data, and modeling scenarios using Excel.
Nice to have
- A love of gaming and familiarity with the games industry.
- Understanding of data science and machine learning techniques.
- Experience working with very large data sets and distributed computing (Hive/Hadoop).
- Experience working with multichannel marketing platforms such as Braze.
