What you will do

• Develop backend applications using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
• Develop and maintain application code running on containerized environments, including Kubernetes clusters, focusing on application behavior and runtime.
• Write unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure reliability, correctness, and stability.
• Contribute to architectural discussions related to backend design, performance, data models, and service interactions.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and other engineering teams to deliver features end-to-end.
• Produce clear and concise technical documentation for services and APIs.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Java (preferably Java 17+).
• Solid hands-on experience running and debugging applications in Kubernetes environments.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Strong experience with Spring and Spring Boot.
• Solid understanding of JPA/Hibernate and ORM patterns.
• Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL.

Nice to have

• Kubernetes Certification: Application Developer | Clour Native Associate.
• Kafka experience
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Familiarity with monitoring and troubleshooting application behavior (logs, metrics, tracing tools).
