What you will do

• Test game builds and features across different development stages.
• Identify, reproduce, and clearly describe bugs and unexpected behavior.
• Verify bug fixes and support regression testing.
• Create and maintain structured test cases for assigned areas.
• Participate in regular playtests and provide actionable gameplay feedback.
• Work closely with designers and programmers to clarify expected behavior.
• Take ownership of specific systems or test areas over time.

Requirements

• Strong passion for games, especially survival, building, and RPG genres.
• Interest in complex gameplay systems, progression, and balance.
• High attention to detail and a structured way of working.
• Sense of responsibility for the quality of your work and the player experience.
• English: B2 required (ability to clearly describe issues and feedback).
• Motivation to learn new tools, workflows, and game engines.
• Ability to work on-site in Munich and collaborate closely with the team.

Nice to have

• First experience with game testing, playtesting, mods, or early-access games.
• Basic familiarity with Unreal Engine or other game engines.
