What you will do

• Manage a team of six engineers, ensuring staffing and people development.
• Provide a technical vision and plan for front-end development across hirify.global.
• Develop, maintain, and review different libraries, SDKs, and tools, including the hirify.global Design System.
• Collaborate with other front-end engineers, UX/UI designers, and Platform engineers.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

• Experience in people management and mentoring of other engineers.
• At least 6 years of experience as a front-end developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Angular & TypeScript.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Knowledge of front-end build tools and testing frameworks.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
