What you will do

• Execute playtest activities across the portfolio from initial study design to final analysis.
• Define research objectives, turning development questions into structured briefs and testable hypotheses.
• Utilize a versatile toolkit including surveys, interviews, focus groups, telemetry, and eyetracking.
• Synthesize complex data into high-quality, actionable reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Game Design, Data Analytics, and QA teams to integrate research into the sprint cycle.
• Advocate for a player-centric perspective throughout the studio, backed by solid evidence.

Requirements

• 3+ years in UX research, ideally in gaming, with a track record of running studies from start to finish.
• Deep understanding of UX research practices and the ability to choose the right method.
• Ability to extract meaningful patterns from surveys, player behavior during playtests, telemetry, and qualitative feedback.
• Excellent English skills for presenting findings and facilitating design discussions.
• A genuine passion for games and a technical understanding of their construction.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
