TL;DR

Customer Operations Representative (French Speaking): Supporting hirify.global customers with a range of enquiries, advising on product usage, and resolving issues with an accent on delivering first-class customer experience and problem-solving. Focus on handling internal escalations, creating partner accounts, and documenting procedures to optimize scalable operations.

Location: Hybrid in Riga, Latvia (3 days a week in office)

Salary: €1,300–€1,950 gross per month

What you will do

  • Support French and English speaking customers via email, phone, and online meetings.
  • Advise merchants on hirify.global product best practices.
  • Handle internal escalations to Engineering, Privacy, and Security teams.
  • Provide support on ad-hoc translations and internal operations.
  • Review and create hirify.global Partner accounts.
  • Participate in resolving incidents and sending communications to impacted customers.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and French (verbal and written).
  • Previous experience working in a Customer Support role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to see tasks through to completion.
  • Comfortable working with internal stakeholders, upholding product and compliance requirements.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid model (3 days a week in the Riga office).
  • Willingness to work on bank holidays.

Nice to have

  • Some understanding of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing.
