What you will do
- Support French and English speaking customers via email, phone, and online meetings.
- Advise merchants on hirify.global product best practices.
- Handle internal escalations to Engineering, Privacy, and Security teams.
- Provide support on ad-hoc translations and internal operations.
- Review and create hirify.global Partner accounts.
- Participate in resolving incidents and sending communications to impacted customers.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and French (verbal and written).
- Previous experience working in a Customer Support role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to see tasks through to completion.
- Comfortable working with internal stakeholders, upholding product and compliance requirements.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid model (3 days a week in the Riga office).
- Willingness to work on bank holidays.
