What you will do

• Engage in cutting-edge research to underpin next-generation AI models.
• Develop robust data, evaluation, and inference pipelines for AI models.
• Establish benchmarks for evaluating language and multimodal models across various tasks.
• Adapt model architectures and drive real-world validation of AI systems for healthcare.
• Collaborate globally with research scientists and software engineers.

Requirements

• Proven track record in deep learning (demonstrated via publications, open-source projects, or relevant work experience).
• Experience managing compute resources (GPUs/TPUs), data pipelines, and platforms used to train, evaluate, and scale complex AI/ML models.
• Ability to communicate technical ideas effectively.
