What you will do

• Build the future of product representation and retrieval across the ecosystem.
• Design and implement machine learning models for product classification and enrichment, tailored to unique latency and scalability requirements.
• Work with agility on ambitious ideas, measuring impact through offline evaluations and online experiments.
• Analyze large datasets, identify modeling challenges, propose solutions, build prototypes, and iterate quickly.
• Stay current on academic and industrial developments in machine learning, applying them to specific product use cases.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers to take models from prototype to production-quality systems.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Development experience in at least one mainstream programming language (Python, Java, C++, C#, etc.).
• Strong mathematical foundation and experience with Deep Learning.
• Eagerness to tackle real-world scalability challenges and ideally deployed ML solutions in production.
• Hybrid in-office presence in Paris, France is required.
