What you will do

• Apply SRE principles to customer success, enabling proactive assistance for the most important customers.
• Detect and prioritize platform issues, working with engineering teams for resolution.
• Proactively find and implement platform improvements that unblock customers.
• Assist customers with complex and long-running issues, providing guidance and best practices.
• Champion customer feedback internally and communicate platform roadmaps to customers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant work experience in Database Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or Solution Architecture.
• Strong background with relational database management systems such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Familiarity with web application development, including Python, Typescript, JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Svelte), and Node.js.
• Very strong communication skills, particularly for translating technical concepts to business outcomes.
• Experience with project management, business analysis, and revenue operations tools like HubSpot or BigQuery.
• Previous experience leading customer-facing engagements to deliver technical and business value.
