What you will do

• Lead a team of developers with varying experience levels.
• Participate in product planning and strategic decision-making.
• Improve and modernize the existing frontend infrastructure.
• Actively contribute to process improvements, technology stack, and development practices.
• Manage technical debt and maintain a healthy balance between product development and refactoring.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with JavaScript.
• Leadership experience or a strong desire to grow into a leadership role.
• Understanding and hands-on experience with CI/CD setup and configuration.
• Ability to write unit tests and write code in compliance with SOLID and GRASP principles.
• Strong experience with TypeScript and writing reliable, well-typed code.
• Experience with other major frontend ecosystems: Vue, Angular, React.
• Ability and willingness to mentor others and conduct constructive code reviews.
