What you will do

• Define and apply development standards, architectural guidelines, and coding practices.
• Ensure code quality through the implementation of code reviews and adherence to processes.
• Ensure high performance and scalability of developed solutions, aligning with user experience and business requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (CSM, designers, insights, traders, product owners) to align development efforts.
• Lead and manage the development team, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
• Mentor and coach developers to enhance technical skills and professional growth.

Requirements

• Must have proven experience as a lead developer or similar role with expanded managerial responsibilities.
• Strong technical expertise in software development and demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• In-depth knowledge of architecture, development standards, and coding practices.
• Proficiency with Vue (Option API), Git commands, and GitLab Flow.
• Basic knowledge of TypeScript, State management with Pinia, and tooling (Vite, VuePress).

• Proficiency with CLI and basic system configuration.
