What you will do

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain frontend services, embracing new technologies such as AI.
• Contribute to the evolution of the architecture and help define best engineering practices.
• Optimize application performance, ensure scalability, and troubleshoot complex issues across the platform.
• Participate in code reviews, mentor more junior team members, and contribute to technical documentation.
• Support the on-call rotation to ensure platform reliability and improve the shopping experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven experience designing and implementing standalone frontend services.
• Experience with VueJS or ReactJS, with a strong understanding of frontend software patterns and principles.
• Track record of driving engineering excellence and practicing good software engineering practices.
• Understanding of performance, security, and scalability.
• English workplace proficiency.
