What you will do
- Develop, prototype, and embed advanced analytics and GenAI-powered solutions, leveraging statistical methods, machine learning, and GenAI.
- Act as product integrator and accelerator, partnering with specialist SMEs to build, enhance, and deploy new capabilities at speed.
- Own and deliver the analytics roadmap, architecting solutions, piloting innovations, and scaling product adoption across clients and teams.
- Proactively identify, test, and validate early-stage product and solution opportunities focused on commercial outcomes and data-driven growth.
- Support pitches and solution development with internal and client teams, integrating new analytics innovations into market-facing activity.
- Collaborate on capability development, mentoring data leads, and fostering high technical standards and responsible data practices within the analytics community.
Requirements
- Must be able to work 3 days a week from our London offices in the United Kingdom.
- Strong technical builder who thrives on scoping, developing, and launching new analytics and GenAI solutions from idea to impact.
- Hands-on experience with advanced analytics, predictive modeling (machine learning, regression, segmentation), and statistical analysis using modern toolsets.
- Practical experience with GenAI/LLM-powered analytics (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude) and modern cloud/analytics platforms (Google Cloud, Azure, AWS, BigQuery, GA4).
- Direct experience architecting, prototyping, and embedding advanced analytics, especially in social, audience, creative, and marketing effectiveness use cases.
- Commercial and product mindset, driven to develop solutions that deliver real business value and contribute to revenue growth.
