TL;DR

Digital Marketing Executive: Supporting the execution of a digital marketing strategy across key channels, coordinating Paid Advertising and SEO initiatives. Focus on coordinating campaigns, priorities, and stakeholders while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Location: Fully remote within Poland

Salary: 7700–11000 PLN (B2B) or 6400–9200 PLN gross (Contract of Employment)

What you will do

  • Support the execution of the digital marketing strategy and translate business needs into digital initiatives.
  • Coordinate Paid Ads budgets, define campaign ideas, and lead activities with internal experts and agencies.
  • Oversee Paid Ads performance, tracking, and support optimisation decisions.
  • Coordinate the execution of the SEO strategy and initiatives across content and technical teams.
  • Support website and CRM-related marketing initiatives using HubSpot, GA4, and spreadsheets.
  • Build strong relationships and ensure clear communication with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

  • Broad experience in digital marketing with basic knowledge of Paid Ads and SEO.
  • Experience working with HubSpot and CRM fundamentals.
  • Fluent English (C1+).
  • Very good command of Google Sheets / Excel.
  • Familiarity with GA4 and campaign tracking.
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills.

  • Interest in AI-powered tools for ad copywriting, automated bid optimisation, or SEO content creation.
