Digital Marketing Executive: Supporting the execution of 's digital marketing strategy across key channels, owning and coordinating Paid Advertising and SEO initiatives. Focus on translating business needs into digital initiatives, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring alignment between teams and partners.
Location: Remote in Poland
Salary: 7700 to 11000 PLN on a B2B contract or between 6400 to 9200 PLN gross under the Contract of Employment

What you will do
- Support the execution of the digital marketing strategy and translate business needs into digital initiatives.
- Own Paid Ads budgets and ensure alignment with business goals, coordinating activities across various channels.
- Coordinate the execution of the SEO strategy together with SEO experts, maintaining a high-level view of the website.
- Work with HubSpot to support campaign execution, tracking, and reporting.
- Prepare clear reports and organise data using HubSpot, GA4, and spreadsheets.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Requirements
- Broad experience in digital marketing with basic knowledge of Paid Ads and SEO.
- Experience working with HubSpot and CRM fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong collaboration mindset and flexibility.
- Fluent English (C1+).
- Very good command of Google Sheets / Excel.
