 Our client is an international iGaming platform operator that provides gambling services and marketing solutions across global markets. Operating under a flexible, unregulated model, the company quickly adapts to evolving market conditions.
 Built on the XSOFT platform, it offers a robust and fully functional system while expanding rapidly through strategic hiring and process optimization. The company leverages advanced technologies and innovative retention methods to strengthen player engagement and brand loyalty.
 
 Key Objective
 Build and lead the company’s retention direction from the ground up — creating comprehensive communication strategies, optimizing CRM systems, and improving key player metrics such as LTV, ARPU, churn rate, and conversion from first to second deposit.
 
 Responsibilities

  •  Conduct a full audit and rebuild of all player communication flows (email, SMS, push, in-app, pop-up, in-game notifications) across multiple GEOs.
  •  Develop and implement a comprehensive retention strategy including promotional plans, A/B testing, and player segmentation.
  •  Launch and optimize retention initiatives such as welcome/onboarding flows, loyalty programs, win-back campaigns, and personalized offers.
  •  Implement and optimize CRM systems (X-platform) with dashboards, automation, and analytics tracking.
  •  Monitor and analyze player behavior to generate actionable insights for retention improvements.
  •  Collaborate with product, IT, billing, support, and marketing teams to align retention initiatives with business goals.
  •  Manage and develop a team of CRM and retention specialists, content and promo managers.
  •  Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices to continuously improve retention performance.

 
 Requirements

  •  2+ years experience in CRM, retention, or database marketing roles.
  •  Proven track record in iGaming, betting, or casino retention initiatives.
  •  Experience working with CIS, African, or MENA markets is a plus.
  •  Hands-on experience with: CRM platforms, Google Analytics / Power BI, Excel / Google Sheets, Jira / Confluence, ESP / marketing automation systems, 
  •  Strong understanding of: Retention strategy (churn, LTV, loyalty), Player segmentation and personalization, A/B testing methodologies
  •  Multi-channel communications (email, push, SMS, messengers, in-app)
  •  Bonus, promo, and campaign performance analysis
  •  Core analytics metrics: NGR, MGR, ARPU, ARPPU, retention impact
  •  CRM data integrations and process management
  •  Languages: English — Upper-Intermediate+, Russian — fluent
