• Analyze the market regarding the creative component.
• Plan and distribute tasks, control deadlines and quality of execution.
• Analyze the results of creatives and provide the team with constructive feedback.
• Generate and test marketing hypotheses using creatives.
• Optimize creative processes to increase team efficiency.

Requirements

• Desire to develop and initiative.
• Ability to present the results of your research in a structured way.
• Analytical skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing.
• Ability to use Spy Tools (e.g.: Big spy, Similarweb, others).
• Skills in working with Excel/Google Sheets.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level and above.
