What you will do

• Develop software features end-to-end for online systems.
• Architect and improve game server, multiplayer engine, and player-data services for scale.
• Own and evolve CI/CD and deployment infrastructure.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Manage production deployments and ensure stable releases.
• Provide out-of-hours support and lead incident response.

Requirements

• Strong server-side engineering experience in C#/.NET (ASP.NET, Web APIs).
• Proficiency with SQL, NoSQL databases and caching (e.g., Redis).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, version control (Git), AWS, and observability.
• Proven track record in designing for performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Ability to plan and deliver complex features with a strong test discipline.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity, including 3 days per week in the Wilmslow office, United Kingdom.
