What you will do

• Define, estimate, schedule, and document project work to achieve customer goals.
• Manage, monitor, and forecast projects to ensure successful delivery within scope, cost, and quality constraints.
• Manage communications with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Support the entire software development process and drive the team to be result-oriented.
• Drive and support the continuous improvement of project processes.
• Manage project risks and resources, developing and maintaining project management documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in project management.
• Hands-on experience managing Fixed Price projects, including scope control, estimations, risk management, and delivery.
• Experience working with short-term projects and managing multiple projects in parallel.
• Proven experience in the Game Development domain (art production, animation, or full-cycle game development projects).
• Good knowledge of Scope Management and Schedule Management.
• Confidence in people management and team coordination.
• Practical knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• Solid experience using different estimation techniques.
• Excellent communication and meeting facilitation skills.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher level required.

Nice to have

• Understanding of Art/Animation creation processes.
• PMP or Prince2 Certificate.
• Being a gamer.
