TL;DR
Senior UI/UX Designer (AI): Designing intuitive, artist-centric interfaces for generative AI technology and professional artistic workflows with an accent on translating complex technical capabilities into usable interfaces. Focus on creating wireframes and interactive prototypes, managing design systems, and conducting usability testing to ensure seamless integration into animation pipelines.
Location: Hybrid work with 2-3 days in the Vancouver office. Must be legally entitled to work in Canada. Priority given to BC Residents, Canadians, and Canadian Permanent Residents.

What you will do
- Conduct user research and advocate for artists' needs, translating them into functional interface requirements.
- Create wireframes and interactive prototypes for validating workflows and designing smart interface controls.
- Lead UI/UX design for the web-based management platform and maintain a unified Design System.
- Organize usability testing sessions and collaborate on visual guides for smooth onboarding.
- Ensure interfaces adhere to accessibility standards and 3D content creation software conventions.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or Information Architecture for complex web apps or SaaS.
- Expert proficiency in Figma (variables, prototyping, auto-layout).
- A strong portfolio demonstrating complex user flows and problem-solving.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
Nice to have
- Experience designing for 3D/VFX tools (Blender, Maya, Unreal) or complex technical software.
- Experience using tools like ComfyUI or Midjourney.
- Understanding of CSS/HTML constraints.
